This Clarke extractor (model EX40™ 18LX) is a self-contained, 2-way machine that is built to put down solution, scrub your carpet floor, and then recover the solution for decreased drying time. This model features an adjustable handle that allows you to clean in both forward and reverse. Most self-contained extractors operate only in reverse due to the placement of the handle and the lack of an adjustment feature. Having the ability to operate in both directions gives you the ease of operating the machine the way that is most comfortable to you.

This carpet extractor has received a gold certification from the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) for its capability in removing soil from your carpets, improving indoor air quality, and extending the life of your carpets, so you know this extractor is powerful thanks to its 1.5 hp, 3 stage vac motor, 120 psi pump, and 1/3 HP brush motor.
