The IPC Eagle BX12 is a residential carpet cleaning machine that comes without heat. For heated machines, take a look at our full line of heated carpet extractors. The 15' vacuum & solution hoses supply you enough room to clean large areas in a small amount of time. To empty the recovery tank, there is an elevated dump valve off the rear of the machine which can dump into a 5 gallon bucket or a floor drain. To empty the solution tank when you're finished cleaning, simply take your 1.5" diameter vacuum hose, and suck all left over solution into the recovery tank, and then dump out the rear dump valve. If you are looking for a little more economical options, we do have lots of other non-heated carpet cleaning machines available.
