This wand is similar to our 12" Adjustable Head Carpet Wand with a single #02 orifice jet tip. Both feature a durable roto-molded plastic head, with a stainless steel shaft and handle. The self-adjusting glide on each wand maintains a tight seal at a variety of angles, improving moisture recovery and leaving carpets drier than standard carpet wands that perform well only at specific positions. What sets this wand apart is its larger #08 orifice jet tip with a 110° spray angle. This wider tip lays down more solution, which can help loosen and lift heavier soils depending on your carpet type. However, the increased flow can challenge extractors to maintain pressure and temperature, adding stress to the motor. For this reason, even though the wand is rated up to 1000 PSI, it should only be used with non-heated, 100 PSI extractors.
